Dazzle White - Tube Sample Review from Nanuet, New York

I had similar problems. Shipped a very tiny tube sample. Auto billed repeatedly up to $300-500 on credit card. On hold for SEVERAL HOURS trying to get rep on phone. Reps would put you on hold for long time or disconnect you (intentionally). When told rep I was seeking legal action I was credited very little money back. Got taken for $200-$400. Buyer beware. Nothing is free and the claims are misleading. It doesn't work on bonded teeth. Same thing with another toothpaste company. I got burned twice. I had gotten both trial samples at the same time. Don't be naive like I was.

Note: I had to cancel the credit card as a result of this problem, and the credit card company had put this in dispute but ended up nowhere because this company was impossible to contact and the reps were very rude, on hold for MANY hours (2-3 or more), disconnected or put into dead zone where you were waiting for someone to get back to you but you got put into limbo. Waited a long time for that too.

Overall very bad experience. Do not try.

Sold product to access and steal from from credit card

DAZZLE WHITE the product has about 5ml in the tube and costs megabucks. The tubes leak so you get nothing. It doesn't really work. WORSE No product arrives but big holes appear on your credit card. I had to cancel the card to stop their access as they take no notice of an email order to cease. This happened ages ago and I am still very upset NO! NO! NO! TO DAZZLE WHITE World wide this company should be shut down pay a hefty fine and do jail time. I don't shop overseas anymore. Local companies can be tracked more easily.

Dazlingbrite866Panama PAPA

I just discovered that my Bank Acct. was debited $87.47 by "DAZLINGBRITE866PANAMA PAPA". I never authorized this transaction, so filed a fraudulent complaint with the Bank to get it reversed. I do remember ordering a promotion of free teeth whitening product from this company about a month or so ago in the internet. Just paid for its shipping. Never had the chance to even open the package. So this charge comes to me as a surprise. Beware... this is fraudulent. They would have gotten away with my $87.47 if I'm not watching my Bank Acct. As a warning, do not order their promotion.

If you don't check your credit card statements you are in for a big surprise. Credit was never issued when told was going to be credited.

Had to fight for any money back. Got taken for several hundred $. I don't watch infomercials anymore or click on internet ads. Many times unproven info is posted.

I was told repeatedly it was my fault. Tried to stop auto-ship and auto-bill but could never get through or get a rep to help me resolve this instead of making excuses for not following through on this company's end.

This is the biggest rip-off I have encountered, as they are put an advertised on internet for trial $4.95.After 10days if you don't like it , you can cancel at that time , i did cancel it in 5days before it's expired. They sent me an email with complettly transaction was cancel , then the next day i view my cc statement online , i saw they charge me $39.95 , i call to talk to manager they said their misstake , they will credit back to my CC within 7days , until amonth i have not have any credit back , then i call taked to another Manager .

They appolozine about that , then take 3 days to see credit back to my CC , finally with more than 20 times to talk to customer service , to be get mad , get angry , then they let me talk to the Manager without no resolved it.Finally, i have to call my credit card company to dispute the charged . i can not do anything with them , because waist so much time for nothing .

They are very BS ,they chasing customer like yoyo , they was very riff-off , Money Scam online .Please be careful, don't ever buy or trying or get anything free from them .

Don't do Money scam onlineDon't try to riff-off .Don't try to cheating people by the way they Advertised online ( FREE TRIALS), but get 10 times RIFF-OFf!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dazzlewhite-Helped themselves to my hard earned money

I too was scammed by Dazzlewhite". After ordering the free trial I did some research on the company and instantly saw the complaints. I thought I was ready for them...as soon as the product arrived the following month I phoned them and got authorization to return the product. I was diligently watching my bank account waiting for the refund. Three weeks after I returned the product I phone the company and they stated that the refund had been approved but it could take a month after the approval date to actually receive the refund. I asked the customer service rep what the "approval date" for my refund was and she stated 1.13.10. So again I started watching my account waiting for the refund and of course 2.13.10 came and went with no refund. I have recently tried to phone the company and, of course, there is no one there to answer the phones. I get an automated recording stating the business hours and to get any problems resolved with their live chats on the website....they don't actually give you the website address; which I am guessing doesn't exist.

Dazzle *** white IS going down for scamming

Dazzle white is a scam. Order a free trial and get charged 59 bucks the same day you receive it. 1st step call and cancel your card and explain that it was fraud and they charged it without authorization. Step 2 send that crap product back. We did just that and got the money back, but after several attempts to call this company at the 866 843 **** and never got anything but this message we are closed and then they give the hours of operation. Even after calling during those so called hours, still nothing but that message. Several months later collection calls started but I got that taken care of. So for those of you that cancelled your card give it several months and don't be surprised if you get the same calls

Dazzlewhite charged my account for a product that was never sent

I fell for the ad that said pay $1.98 for shipping and get a free trial offer of dazzlewhite. It was a two ounce tube of hydrogen peroxide so I called and canceled the offer, only to be told it was too late to get a refund of *$86.93* which I NEVER was told about nor did I agreee to. Then just a few days later my acct. was again charged ANOTHER *$86.93* again unauthorized. I called and was told it was because I didn't send the *** back. So I sent it back with all their numbers and had it registered and a tracking number put on it...more money I'm out. When I called again they told me someone in the warehouse would have to ok my refund. Now they say they never received the stuff. So I will now have to go to the post office and have it tracked. That is $173.86 they stole from me. I get $1,000 a month from SS and I can't afford to lose almost $200. Is there any way to get our money back from these liers, thieves and ***?

What a rip off

I saw this product on a web site called Arca Max. It offered a free trial. I ordered the "free" trial and paid the shipping with my CC. I didn't get the product for almost two monts and had forgotten about it. Then I go to "their" web site and see that I am being charged 89.95 monthly for a monthly program and I had to cancel within 10 days or I would continue to be charged. I have been trying for over a week to call their customer service but get nothing but a busy signal. Apparently I am not the only one that is pissed off!!!

Scammers

dazzle white is a complete scam, charged me 87.62, refused to issue a refund as promised and finally gave excuse of the product not being theirs. called them a lot of times and they kept shifting the dates and telling lies and finally, they just told me it wasn't their product so annoying, such trifling attitude just warning about the company or "companies" cuz they use different names and have different websites. dont bother buying frm them and if u finally fall for the scam, dont bother asking for a refund cuz it would take forever, told me my refund would come in ten weeks, its five months and now, the product is not theirs.

Scam illegal billing

Unfortunately I didn't do my reseach. I only found all these complaints after my dealings with this company. They are ***. Everything that has been stated is true. This company works on negative billing, old 800#s that don't work and is impossible to get information either to them or from them. Nothing but a major runaround. I wanted to try the test sample of this product for the $15 cost. In no time at all I was receiving and being billed for shippments I never authorized. It seems when you put an order in on the internet they work on negative billing, in other words, you must state that you only want the trial shippment, otherwise they put you on an automatic ship for $60 plus every month. What was worse is that I never received the product but was billed for it. When I tried to canel, and told them I never received the product, they told me they would reship it and I would then have to send it back for refund. Ok, being trustworthy, I accepted this answer, shipped back the product, but they still have not credited me. On top of that they shipped me again after canceling everything. Stay away from this company.

Did not refund money as promised

I sent for a free trial from Dazzle White (just pay shipping). After the 3 or 4 dollars was deducted from my bank account a further $87.62 was deducted. I called to complain "But it's in the fine print-buyer beware"-However sice I had not opened the package yet I had a chance at getting my money back. "Dazzle White said we'll refund your money if you send the product back unused, unopened within the correct time frame, if you pay tracking and insurance." I did as asked but still did not receive a refund. I called and they asked for the tracking number which I did not have at the time. Still trying. Next stop the bank fraud department.

BOGUS

Now I'm really pissed off. This company has given me the run-around today. I spoke to 4 representatives and 2 supervisors. It was acknowledged that I did return the product unopened and on time, they were able to find the tracking number in their system.

They did 'try' to refund the money to my bank but apparently due to some 'internal fault' the funds did not go through. The first supervisor, Jackie ID#154230, said that instead of them refunding the money I should go to my bank and dispute the charge and then the bank could recover the money. My bank declined because it has passed 60 days since the purchase. (When I first called to find out why the refund had not been processed I was asked for the tracking number but I did not have it at the time. (Then I was out of the country and am just now taking it up with Dazzle White again- though they should have already processed the refund.) I called back and spoke to the second supervisor, Anthony, who said that since 120 days had passed there was nothing they could do...but 120 days haven't passed and as he didn't bother to do the math he was just giving me a story- And another story he gave was that "there has been a merchant change" so he was unable to process my refund any other way (refund check).

When Anthony said there was nothing he could do, I said that his company was very unscrupulous and that I wondered how he could live with working for such a company. I also said that I planned to file a small calims lawsuit which would end up costing the company more than $87.62. He said I could do whatever I wished.

This scheme has been designed by very clever people who have studied bait and switch tactics and have created a series of narrowing hoops. Why else would there be so many angry people who have tried to get a refund and fallen foul of this company's runaround. They get you to jump through a series of hoops with deadlines that run out because they stall you.

And Angela Parmely sent out a standard text that did not start to address my complaint and now, having come up against a barrage of tactics (about which I had until now only read), the company has the gall to say "Your satisfaction is our number one concern".

Folks, don't send for free trials, ever.

Believe me this is a giant ripoff!

I got ripped as well! I cancelled my order to Dazzle White 1 hour after ordering and told too late it had already been shipped. What a crock as nobody works that fast! Furthermore there is no real 14 day trial as they promise as it starts from the order date NOT the date of receipt so I had 3 days to try it and return it. What a joke!!!!! The worst part is I did not realize I was enrolled in 2 memberships (guess I didn't scroll WAY down to read the fine print) until I got a charge on my credit card for $19.20 entitled Elitepack which was supposedly for World Club Fitness. I then read the rip off report on the internet and got the number to cancel World Club Fitness and they gave me a cancellation number but no refund as I requested. I also found out from this report I was automatically enrolled in yet another club - Weight Loss Resources. I called the number on the Rip Off report but they had no record of me so I let it go. To my surprise I have been charged now for 3 months $18.83 for what they call "Ezykit". I just called them to cancel and complain, but they would not refund me for this scam. The ripoff report says the charges for both clubs is $6.95 and $8.95 per month and shows as VH Access and Healthmember" so wonder why I was charged $19.20 and $18.83. I ask why have I not received ANYTHING by email from either of these companies alerting me that I've become a member and to explain what website I supposed can obtain their service....absolutely no information from either company is sent so the only way you know you have a membership is a charge on your credit card for which you receive nothing. This is the last time I'm ever ordering anything online - this has been a horrible experience!

I did return the product in the time period (I had a whole 3 days to try the product before returning). I also did contact your "live" help immediately after I placed to order to cancel only to be told it was too late.

I have since cancelled both the memberships you signed me up for and was charged for one month on my visa for one membership and 3 months for the other membership before realizing what it was.

I have talked to so many people and customer service lines and gotten nowhere....only to be told NO REFUNDS...so the ball is in your court to refund me since the clubs that I hadn't even realized I was signed up to won't refund me.

I will now be taking it up with my credit card company to fight.

Dazzlewhite or Dazzlesmile , who the *** knows!!!

It started with $1.95 free trial from HEALTHSMILE-866-825-**** and $.99 free trial from IMPROVE HEALTH-888-219-**** charged on my Mastercard!!! Sent dazzlewhite back in 13 days ,they received it Oct.13th!!! called back Dec. 10th-2009 and they wanted tracking number again!!! The scam is they want your credit card number and hope you lose the proof to get your refund!!!

WOULD NOT REFUND MONEY AFTER THEY TOLD ME TO SHIP PRODUCT BACK TO THEM

I DID THE TRIAL VERSION AND WAS AUTOMATICALLY BILLED 80 DOLLAR AVERAGE PER MONTH EVEN AFTER I TOLD THEM TO STOP. THEN THEY TOLD ME TO SEND PRODUCT BACK TO THEM AND AFTER THE RECIEVE IT THEY TELL ME ITS PAST THE 30 DAYS AND I AM NOT GETTING ANYTHING BACK AND THEY STILL HAVE THE PRODUCT I SHIPPED TO THEM. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS......CALLED THEM OVER AND OVER TO TALK TO A SUPERVISOR OR MANAGER AND THEY SAID THEY COULD NOT LET ME SINCE MY CLAIM WAS OVER 30 DAYS. look i know its a pain but people are making more woRk for themselves than they need to. Here's what to do:

CALL YOUR BANK. ASK TO SPEAK TO THE FRAUD DEPARTMENT. SAY THAT THERE HAVE BEEN TRANSACTIONS WHICH YOU DO NOT RECOGNIZE AND DID NOT AUTHORIZE. THEY WILL SEND YOU A CLAIM FORM. YOU SIGN IT & SEND BACK. YOUR CARD IS CANCELLED AND A NEW ONE SENT OUT. YOU ARE REFUNDED PROMPTLY. THEN PHONE DAZZLE WHITE ON 888-264-**** AND CALMLY ASK THEM TO CANCEL MAKING SURE YOU GET A CANCELLATION NUMBER AND ALSO THE NUMBER TO CALL SO YOU CAN CANCEL THE SUPER WORLD FIT SUBSCRIPTION. KEEP THEIR CANCELLATION EMAIL SAFE.

IF YOU EVER GET A CHARGE FROM THEM AGAIN THEN YOU CAN FIRST OF ALL SIMPLY REPEAT THE PROCCESS ABOVE (ITS SOMEWHAT OF AN ANNOYANCE BUT NOT THE END OF THE WORLD) AND THIS TIME, FROM THE BANK'S VIEW WE ARE INTO CRIMINAL ACTIVITY PURE AND SIMPLE.

THAT IS HOW YOU MAKE A FRAUD CLAIM. DON'T SPEND AGES TRYING TO ARGUE WITH DAZZLEWHITE- YOU'RE NOT GOING TO GET ANYWHERE- OR AT LEAST THE EFFORT AND STRESS OF TRYING ISN'T WORTH IT WHEN ITS SIMPLER TO REPORT THEM TO THE FRAUD DEPARTMENT.

Guest

All I can see is a return address. I've been charged $300 so far. They have no valid number listed for me to contact them to cancel my account.

I am resorting to cancelling my credit card.

NEVER TRUST A COMPANY WITH NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Ha! They do the same thing as that Acai Berry Burn for "free".

If you don't cancel as soon as you order, you're stuck with a charge on your bank statement for $80.

Don't try any "Free" things. Nothing is for free.
